Coronavirus

We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff and the patients we treat. Please help us continue to help your pets by following these guidelines.

Update from 27th June 2022

We are really happy to now be able to welcome clients into our building with their pets. In order to minimise any risk to our small team or other clients;

  • We are inviting both our clients and staff to wear masks if they wish while inside the building.
  • At busy times you may be asked to temporarily wait outside or in your car to avoid overcrowding in our waiting room.
  • Please do not attend an appointment with Focus Referrals if you have a high temperature, a persistent cough, a change in taste/smell or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Thank you for your understanding with regards to the above measures. We are only a small team at Focus Referrals and an outbreak of covid may result in us having to close all together!

BVA eye clinics

During these eye testing clinics we see a large number of dogs (and their people!) in a short period of time. To avoid overcrowding indoors, we will continue to request that you wait in your car on arrival and call reception on 01295 238160.
