Thank you for booking an appointment with us. We will very much look forward to seeing you and your pet soon.

Please see below a few important points to remember for your Focus Referrals experience.

For Vets
Please would you mind completing the referral form before the appointment time? Many thanks.

Please do not feed your pet on the morning of the appointment unless there is a medical reason to do so e.g. if your pet is diabetic. However, water is fine.

New referral and follow-up appointments

For new referral appointments and follow-up referral appointments please try and arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time – this will give the reception staff of the host practice time to register your details.

Eye tests

For eye tests please arrive 30 minutes before your appointed time – this will allow time for the eye drops to be given to your dog. In addition please do not forget your KC registration certificate or ISDS registration certificate (see below).
