Refer a case
Please follow the instructions below if you are a vet wishing to refer a case
To refer a non-urgent case:
There are two stages to arrange a new referral:
1. Book an appointment online - either yourself or the client can do this
Due to necessary changes to our online booking system, appointments for June can currently only be booked over the phone.
2. Complete the online referral form

N.B. If the client does not have access to the internet please email us on info@focusreferrals.co.uk with the subject 'booking' and we will contact them by telephone.
