Refer a case
Please follow the instructions below if you are a vet wishing to refer a case
To refer a non-urgent case:
There are two stages to arrange a new referral:
1. Book an appointment online - either yourself or the client can do this
Please note that over June and July we are working on improving our booking system online. If appointments are not showing as available please call us on 01295 238160 and we will be happy to help.
2. Complete the online referral form

N.B. If the client does not have access to the internet please email us on info@focusreferrals.co.uk with the subject 'booking' and we will contact them by telephone.
